Our Founder – Mr. Mahmoud Abdalla

Mr. Mahmoud Abdalla is a Turkish–Egyptian entrepreneur and investor based in Istanbul, Türkiye.  

He leads a privately owned business group operating across tourism, construction and real estate development, real estate marketing, natural food products, and youth fashion.  


He holds:  

• a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Cairo University, with a distinguished grade  

• a Master’s degree in International Law from a university in Istanbul, Türkiye  


This legal background – especially in International Law – gives him a strong foundation to build cross-border businesses that operate confidently within both local and international legal frameworks.  


His philosophy in business goes beyond simply owning companies. It is about creating real, founder-owned brands that can stand confidently in any market, and that are directly linked to a name known for legal understanding, market respect, and long-term trust.
